President - John T. Chenery
Mr. Chenery has over 29 years of experience in Intelligence, Law Enforcement and Security Management. His distinguished 23 year Army career spans numerous overseas locations including peacekeeping and combat operations in the Middle East, South West Asia, Europe and the United States. During his Army career, he led troops in Law Enforcement, Intelligence and Counterintelligence operations in Conventional and Special Mission Units. Upon retiring as a Lt. Colonel from the Army, Mr. Chenery continued his career as a defense contractor focused on Counterintelligence and Law Enforcement fusion operations before forming VSI. He received his BS in Criminal Justice and completed the Post Graduate Intelligence Program (PGIP) at the DIA Joint Military Intelligence College in the Masters of Strategic Intelligence program. He is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy. As a Veteran and Native American, Mr. Chenery brings a unique perspective to all aspects of the professional services of VSI.
Vice President of Operations - Arthur (Lee) Anklin III

Lee Anklin has transitioned from CEO to Director of Veteran Services to enable him to focus his time and resources to training DoD Human Intelligence and providing support to our Veterans. His 28 years of experience includes serving in various assignments worldwide for both Army Intelligence and the Defense Intelligence Agency, to include providing specialized HUMINT support to Special Operations Command activities. Lee is the father of a soldier now serving in current combat operations.
Director of Current Operations - Luis Gonzalez

Prior to his promotion to Director of Current Operations, Mr. Luis Gonzalez quickly rose through the VSI ranks to his most recent position as VSI’s Program Manager for the Army Sustainment Command at Rock Island Arsenal. Mr. Gonzalez is a former Marine with operational experience in Signals Intelligence and All-Source Intelligence Analysis. His service included highly technical and sensitive assignments within the Marine Corps and the National Security Agency. Fluent in Korean, Italian and Spanish Mr. Gonzalez’ holds a BS in Korean and Italian languages and culture. His extensive training honed his core competencies in linguistics and cryptology, and he is currently pursuing an MBA in Contract and Acquisition Management.
Director of Tribal Services - Elaine Eddy

Elaine Eddy, is a descendant of the Gros Ventre and Chippewa tribes and has run her own small business for 28 years. She has extensive experience in Community Service, Public Relations, Publications Design and Marketing as well as Contracts Management. For several years she has traced Native American genealogy and created historical family trees spanning generations. This work with researchers and tribal historians has given her a unique understanding of the complexities of verifying Native American descendants. As a Native American she has an instinctive and natural respect for the traditions and cultures of the tribal communities.
